Umbrella Annual General Meeting
The network meets in İzmir, Türkiye
7–10 April 2027
Once a year every Umbrella member sits in the same room. A four-day programme with two full days of one-to-one meetings, a gala dinner and the time in between — which is where most of the network’s business actually gets agreed. Hosted this year by Kargotur International Transport & Logistics.

Registration is online only. Choose what you need and the total works itself out, then press Book now and add each delegate’s details. Your booking goes to Gül Dündar at Kargotur International Transport & Logistics, who handles the registrations and payment, and to Francois Gouws at the network office — names, shirt sizes, allergies and flights included, so nobody has to chase you for them. Early-bird rates apply until 15 November 2026.

The programme
Four days at the Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek in İzmir, Türkiye, hosted by Kargotur International Transport & Logistics. Timings are confirmed with the hotel and may still be adjusted slightly nearer the date.

What the package includes
Every package is priced in the booking form above and covers the whole stay — 3 nights, check-in 7 April and check-out 10 April. Early-bird rates run to 15 November 2026; after that it is €1,600 for one delegate, €2,850 for two delegates sharing and €2,700 for a delegate and spouse.

Before you book
- Hotel
- The five-star Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek. The programme, the meeting rooms and the gala dinner are all at the hotel, and your package includes three nights there with breakfast. Rooms, facilities and the local area are on the hotel’s own site.
- Dates
- Arrive 7 April 2027, depart 10 April 2027. Transfers are included on those dates.
- Bank charges
- Please instruct your bank with charges code OUR, so the host receives the full amount.
- Cancellation
- The hotel’s terms, counted back from the start of the AGM on 7 April 2027. Cancelling up to 9 October 2026 costs 20% of the booking; from 10 October 2026 to 7 January 2027, 50%; from 8 January to 20 February 2027, 75%; and from 21 February 2027, 100%. Force majeure is excluded.
- Places
- The programme is planned around 60 delegates, so earlier registration is safer.
